Gorgeous Fitness

If anyone of you have the motivation to be fit or to build a muscular body....guess what? There is a new fitness centre that had just opened at Bandar Puteri Puchong last week and it is own by Calvin Hee. First of all i wanted to thanks Kelvin and Gorgeous Fitness for inviting me to the their grand opening at 10/10/2010.

It is kind of weird feeling that i had when i first step into it, i doubt these is a gym cause i never seen any gym that sell fashion stuff such cloths, shoes and so on. I mean usually gym are suppose to fill up with gym equipment of the spaces available right? Well this is might be the first gym centre that have pool, tanning, lounge, kick boxing, karate lesson and so on.

Daddy and Mummy! I would say this is a great news for the parents. Why? Because you don't have to leave your kids behind, you can bring them to gym without charges if your children's age is not above 12 yeards old. Your kids can actually online, study and playing with toys over there.

If you are exhausted after the work-out, they have a lounge on the 2nd floor and they are have UniFi (5Mbps) package available soon. You can sit down enjoy your drinks whilst serving internet.

Did you ever know that cycling is one of the most effective exercises to shed off your calories and get rid of your flabby abs? Even a small amount of cycling can prove to be good enough to boost your metabolism level, thereby fastening your weight loss program. Try it out if you do not believe.
